Spatial distribution, paragenesis and chemical composition of carbonates in frame Beregovo ore field is studied. The area of distribution of carbonates defines border of hydrothermal system. The zones of the intensive carbonate mineralizations were governing factor of the localisation sulphidic and gold mineralization. The geochemical model that describes zonality of the carbonate mineralizations and its influence on ore formation is offered.
